We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while providing reliable service to our customers.

Shipping Locations

Lyli currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotional events, or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most orders are expected to arrive within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is used, customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Although we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Lyli is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Lyli cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at tharrison2402@gmail.com.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
